If Winbox reasonably believes that your bet is confirmed after the scheduled time (non-specified event/match/game/market/product that is allowed to accept after the scheduled time, or if the event/match or market is not closed or suspended at the correct time, unnoticed changes of scheduled time from official/non-official sites, and other reasons), your bet is deemed void, and your bet amount (stakes) shall be refunded to your account.
Refer to point 5, terms of use. In case of any disputes, Winbox and Management reserve the right of final decision.
The winner of an event is determined at the conclusion of the event for purposes of determining the winning bets regardless of subsequent reversal of decisions or the result of any protest or appeal.
1.3.1 Periods of Time
1.3.1.1 The posted duration of an event is for reference purposes only. Bets will be valid despite changes in the scheduled duration.
1.3.1.2 Any incident during injury or stoppage time is deemed to have occurred at the end of regular time, e.g., a goal scored in first-half injury time of a soccer match is deemed to have been scored at 45 minutes.
1.4 Price, Odds
During your account opening (registration), you need to select your preferred odds format between Decimal, American, Malay, Hong Kong, and Indo odds format. Refer to FAQ. Once this odds format is registered, you will be offered the particular odds format, but the system shall not limit you from changing the odds format after logging into your account or from the specific product. You need to check the odds (price) before confirming your bet. Winbox reserves the right to correct any errors with the input of the betting odds in the particular event/match/game before or after the event/match/game has been resulted and settled. Refer to points 5 and 7, terms of use.
1.5 Change of Venue
All related bets are deemed void only if the venue is changed to the former away team’s home venue.
All relevant bets are deemed valid if the event is changed to another venue. This rule applies only to events where the team has a home arena.
2. Member Obligation
As a member, you hereby agree, acknowledge, and declare that:
1. Usage of Winbox Website:
- You will use the Winbox website (or any specified/alternative URLs, software, and applications) solely for genuine participation in the games, not for financial gain, abuse of the website/game, or fraudulent activities. Your participation is strictly in your personal capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
- If there is evidence of a series of bets, bets on both sides, or containing the same selection(s) placed by or for the same member or group/syndicate, and Winbox reasonably believes the member has acted to defraud the system and website, Winbox reserves the right to suspend and/or close the account, void, cancel, and withhold any pending withdrawal.
2. Member’s Responsibility to Report:
- Members must instantly report in any of the following scenarios (refer to 5.1.3. Terms of Use):
- Incorrect results and settlement, regardless of how they occurred.
- Mistaken crediting of funds (amount/value) into your account.
- Winnings that do not belong to your account.
- Mistakenly paid out funds to your account, and you have intentionally requested for withdrawal of partial/full funds that do not belong to your account.
- If the location of the event/match/game changes and the particular event/match/game is yet to be suspended/closed on the website.
3. Account Security:
- Winbox is not liable for any financial loss or bets concluded by third parties or any other person using your account for wagering purposes. It is your responsibility to keep all your account details confidential. Winbox is not responsible for any issues arising from your negligence (refer to 2.5. (iii) and).
4. Conditions Leading to Void and Cancellation of Bets:
- All the conditions set forth and provisions therein result in the voiding and cancellation of bets. All Terms of Use apply. Winbox and Management reserve the right of final decision.
1. Lottery
Fair Gameplay and RNG System
To maintain fair gameplay, the Random Number Generator (RNG) system genuinely generates individual random numbers for each game without referencing any pre-stored results database or previous results history. The results are instantly displayed in the results history report, which shall prevail.
The Game Provider reserves the right to cancel or void the affected draw or bet in the event of:
